The team behind OssiGel

Founded 2024 · Sweden · TRL4 · University of Basel origin

Dhalion Biotech AB was founded in Lund, Sweden, by researchers from Lund University with one goal: to bring OssiGel to patients. OssiGel is an off-the-shelf, cell-free bone graft developed through developmental engineering, a living-inspired approach that mimics how bone naturally forms in the body.

Our mission

We hijack the body's own blueprint for growing bone, so no patient has to choose between a risky graft and a healing that never comes.
