OssiGel: an injectable matrix engineered to build bone.
OssiGel is a decellularized human cartilage extracellular matrix, produced from our proprietary MSOD-B cell line and processed into an injectable gel. The same material regenerates bone inside the body and models bone marrow outside it.
What OssiGel is
The active ingredient is a decellularized human cartilage extracellular matrix, produced from the proprietary MSOD-B cell line. It is cell-free and DNA-depleted, with decellularization efficiency above 99.7%, reducing immunogenicity risk while retaining full osteoinductive signaling. OssiGel is stored at 4°C as a ready-to-use injectable solution.

How it's used
Application is simple by design. The surgical or lab site is prepared, OssiGel is brought to room temperature and loaded into a syringe, and the material is injected directly into or around the defect site.

Two applications,
one platform
The same engineered matrix works in two directions. It regenerates bone inside a patient, and it models bone marrow outside one. Each application has its own evidence, its own audience, and its own path forward.

Where the therapeutic application is headed
OssiGel's bone regeneration application is advancing on a funded, milestone-driven timeline, from TRL4 today toward first-in-human trials in Q3 2029. This applies to Bone Regeneration only, bone marrow modeling is a research tool available today, not a therapeutic on a regulatory path.
